Mike Knaisch Mike Knaisch

Mike Knaisch has direct responsibility for all domestic and international operations of the Company. He joined Front Porch in October of 2002 after four years at Level 3 Communications where he was most recently Senior Vice President of Sales. During his tenure at Level 3, Mr. Knaisch launched the company's collocation product group, ran Global Strategic Alliances, and managed the company's worldwide sales channels targeting large systems integrators and the media and entertainment sector.

Prior to Level 3, Mr. Knaisch was President of DDB Interactive (DDBI), the new media division of DDB Needham Worldwide. During his tenure with DDBI, Mr. Knaisch built DDBI from fledgling start-up to become one of Ad Age's Top Ten Interactive Agencies in 1997. That year DDB Interactive also was recognized by ADWEEK as Southwest Interactive Agency of the Year.

Before joining DDB Interactive, Mr. Knaisch held a number of senior management positions at award-winning advertising agencies. He is a member of the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences.

Greg Voss Greg Voss

Greg Voss brings more than 20 years of professional finance practice including extensive SEC, technology, finance, merger and acquisition, forecasting, and reporting experience.

Prior to joining Front Porch Digital, Greg served as director of finance at technology startup Cornice, Inc where he participated in several venture capital and bank financing transactions. Earlier he held executive and senior management roles in finance including chief financial officer at CRG West and finance leadership roles at DigitalGlobe, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and Chancellor Broadcasting Company. Voss is an active member of the Colorado State Board of Accountancy and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Rino Petricola Rino Petricola

Rino Petricola leads the International operations of Front Porch Digital International. His responsibilities include Sales, Marketing, Delivery, Support, Maintenance and General Accounting for Europe, Africa, Middle East, Asia and Pacific regions.

Rino has 25 years of experience in media, telecommunications, and information technology. For the past ten years, Rino has been developing broadcast-related markets for video servers as well as media management applications and digital video archives.

Before joining Front Porch, Rino worked with a variety of technology companies including Digital Equipment Corporation (DEC), StorageTek, and ManagedStorage International. Mr. Petricola's areas of expertise include management, marketing, business development, professional services, system integration, and engineering.

Brian Camponotti Rino Petricola

Brian Campanotti has direct responsibility for the overall design and development of the next generation of Front Porch products and services. His responsibilities also include the evaluation of technological trends, identifying customer needs, and competitive product assessments. Mr. Campanotti joined Front Porch Digital in 2004 as the company's Chief Technology Officer.

In 1998, he founded Masstech Group Inc. a small software development and consulting house. In 2001, the company's focus shifted to product development in the broadcast asset management, storage, distribution, virtualization, and real time control space. He initially served as President and then transitioned to CTO to direct the company's technology development and operations.

Prior to the Masstech Group, Mr. Campanotti worked at the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC) in Toronto as a System Engineer. He was responsible for large-scale broadcast automation and video server projects for the CBC's entire Canadian network. During his tenure, he was a member of an Emmy award winning team for leadership in serial digital video technology deployment.

Mr. Campanotti is an Electrical Engineering graduate (BASc 1993) from the University of Toronto in Toronto, Canada.

Bob Young Rino Petricola

Bob Young drives the company's development, support and maintenance organizations. His mission is to ensure that Front Porch is able to sustain its technological advantages, meet all customer commitments and ensure that the business functions profitably.

Most recently, Young served as vice president of customer operations for Motorola. In this role, Young ran a digital video service organization of more than 190 employees with the broadband communications division.

Previously, Young served as vice president, program management for General Instrument Corporation (now Motorola), where he led the deployment and commercialization of digital video systems throughout North America resulting in growth of $2 billion in just five years. He was successful in capturing and sustaining market share in excess of 50 percent with five of the largest cable companies in the U.S.

Jeff Esposito Rino Petricola

Jeffrey serves as vice president of the Americas Professional Services Group at Front Porch Digital. Jeffrey oversees sales engineering, customer implementations and customer support for the Americas. Jeffrey brings over 23 years of comprehensive technical engineering and business experience in the television broadcast industry. For 15 of those years, Jeffrey focused on multi-channel Television Network Program Origination and Satellite Distribution delivery for the broadcast of cable television networks. Before joining Front Porch, Jeffrey managed the Project Services Group for the Avalon Product Group within EMC. Jeffrey designed data management solutions as well directed implementations for media and broadcast environments.

Prior to EMC, Jeffrey worked at StorageTek in the Solution Business Group division providing industry knowledge and expertise for Digital Video, Near-Line Product Solution Developments. Jeffrey also served as vice president of research and development of new technologies at Viacom International. At Viacom, Jeff evaluated, designed and implemented more efficient technological methods for digital storage operations in media environments.

Marc Wharmby Rino Petricola

Marc Wharmby leads the Professional Services organization of Front Porch Digital International and leads a team of talented engineers responsible for the implementation and post sales support in Europe, Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa. Marc Wharmby has 22 years of experience in the Information Technology industry in Telecommunications and Digital Video, and held Management and Project Management positions during the past 15 years. Before joining the Front Porch Digital team, Marc worked with a variety of technology companies including Digital Equipment Corporation (DEC), StorageTek and Cap Gemini. Marc's areas of expertise include management, consulting, professional services, solutions design, system integration, and engineering.

Dan Polyard Rino Petricola

With more than 30 years of broadcast experience, Dave Polyard brings a unique perspective to technology sales. His experience implementing complex systems in news and productions environments is integral to the value he brings as a sales executive in the broadcast technology space. Dave is a former broadcast journalist with an extensive background in news and commercial production. His hands-on experience gives him the ability to communicate with customers looking for someone who understands their business from a user’s perspective.

While still in high school, Dave took his first job working in television as a studio camera operator and film processor operator at a small market CBS affiliate. That opportunity spawned a lifelong love for broadcasting. In 1988, he joined The Associated Press as a regional sales manager and held several sales and management positions during his 13 years there. It was at the AP where Dave first leveraged his practical knowledge by helping customers deal with the complexities of integrating software solutions into existing broadcast facilities. Dave served on the team that launched the highly successful ENPS newsroom production system where he for several years managed worldwide sales and marketing for the AP Broadcast Technology Group. He was also involved in the early implementations of the successful MOS protocol which is now considered an industry standard.

After leaving the AP, Polyard joined Autocue Systems as Vice President of the company’s U.S. and Asian newsroom systems sales group. Most recently, Dave served as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for OmniBus Systems, Inc. a provider of automation and content management systems.

Mark Gray Mark Gray

Mark Gray has had a very successful career within the broadcast industry for over thirty years. His career includes: Chairman, President and CEO from 2000-2006 at Kasenna: Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer of Pluto Technologies from 1995-2000: Chairman, President and CEO of Chyron Corporation: Several senior executive positions at Sony Corporation of America, including President of Sony Communications Products Company, which included Sony Broadcast and Sony Pro-Products divisions: Chief Operating Officer of Pinnacle Systems Inc.

James Linder Rino Petricola

James Lindner, an internationally respected authority on the preservation and migration of electronic media, was the founder and chairman of the board of SAMMA Systems. He has lectured widely and written about media preservation for the past fifteen years. Jim founded the videotape restoration company VidiPax and served as its executive director. He was twice a member of the board of the directors for the Association of Moving Images and FIAT and currently serves on the Executive Board of SEAPAVAA. An active participant in SMPTE and ANSI standards committees, Jim has also served as Chairman of the Board of the Anthology Film Archives. He holds a BFA and MBA from New York University.

Josef Marc Rino Petricola

Josef Marc has over 20 years experience in broadcast systems integration. Formerly held positions include Lead Systems Architect at Ascent Media Systems & Technology Services on the Verizon FiOS Video program, Sr. Project Manager for Sony Electronics Systems, and CTO of a regional telephone company in Florida. Josef also provided consulting services to The Weather Channel HD and the Sony Corporation where he also chaired the Cablevision Digital Set-Top Box Working Group. Josef began his career as an integrator with Lude Broadcast Engineering after a decade as a musician and music producer.
