One of Europe 's largest broadcasting organizations is now using DIVArchive to streamline delivery of digital video content to its internal and external broadcasting customers. Broadcasting Center Europe (BCE), a company of Europe 's RTL Group, provides centralized broadcast services to several RTL channels (RTL 4 & 5, RTL-TVi & Club RTL, RTL 7, RTL 9) as well as to external customers, totaling 16 channels. The company is using DIVArchive to archive and access nearly 300 terabytes of digital content that feeds the on-air operations of its clients' TV stations. The integration of the Front Porch Digital solution, which went “live” in September 2000, effectively heralds a new age of digital broadcast content management in Europe.
