Canal+ France: Canal+ is Canal+ Group's French premium channel. It features recent movies and exclusive sporting events, and had more than 4.8 million subscriptions in December 2003. Canal+ has made the critical transition to a digital video archive for its new state-of-the-art master control room with the acquisition of a DIVArchive solution from Front Porch Digital. The DIVArchive solution will be integrated into a server-based infrastructure and will be installed at the broadcaster's national facility in Paris , thereby streamlining the management and distribution of all program and commercial material.
